How It Works

The MyGymCast remote personal training system is a collection of workout routines that use an elastic band, exercise ball and aerobics box. Our system strengthens the core, increases balance and endurance. The system uses two videos per month that allows the users to familiarize themselves with the routines while retaining the muscle confusion that makes this system so effective. As the months progress these routines get progressively more challenging. Based on the users current level of conditioning, they may only be able to do one set of routines per session and that is ok, the goal is to push toward the next level.

The Process...
  1. Watch the videos to familiarize yourself with the exercises.
  2. Do each exercise for 50 seconds.
  3. Take 10 seconds to prepare for the next exercise.
  4. Complete all eight exercises then rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Repeat all exercises for 2-4 rounds.
